Important information and suggestions:
Each individual portrait is created to the specifications of the client (that’s you).The size and services are fully discussed and agreed upon before a commission begins. Prices depends upon size, number of subjects, type of background and if there’s a montage. I retain the right to cancel assignment if quality of photo is bad. Remember, I can only use what is given to me.
The finished portrait depends a great deal on the quality and clarity of the photo. For best results, I suggest several photos for reference (since photo’s sometimes distort!). It’s very important in gtting the correct colors of eye, hair and skin tones. Rember, I reproduct your photo. I am not a plastic surgeon. Please do not ask me to “change or “improve” the appearance of the subject (EG: a nose job!). I strive to create beautiful portraits you will love for years.

Price Breakdown:
• Standard size: 16" x 20" one subject with colored or basic background $850.00
• Specified background please add an additional $100.00
• Each additional subject: $150.00
• Sizes between 18" x 24" and 24" x 36" double all prices.
• If you would wish a larger portrait please add $100 per square foot.
• If a montage is required add an additional 25% of total.
• Please allow 4-6 weeks for finished portrait.
• A rush charge of 25% (of total bill) will be added for portraits that need to be completed earlier.
• No portrait will be completed in less then 3 weeks.
• For best results: an 8"x10" photo is required. Or a chrome or slide. I will accept digital files.
• All reference will be returned with finished portrait.
Terms:
• 50% upfront, 50% upon delivery
• If additional costs occur client will be nortified before work is continued.
• If client cancels assignment once it has begun. 50% of the deposit or 25% of agreed upon total will be kept to cover expenses.
• If I’m unable to finish assignment, all deposits will be refunnded.
• If assignment takes longer then agreed upon (if its my fault) client will receive a 10% discount off of the total charges.
• All portraits will be shipped and delivered unframed.
• Portaits will be shipped to the location specifed by the client.
• All shipping and handling charges will be covered by the client.
• No work will begin without a signed agreement and 50% deposit
